Founder of The Equestrian Biz Hub

Hi, I’m Karla- dressage rider, entrepreneur, and aviation enthusiast with a passion for empowering equestrian professionals.

I’ve built, run, and sold businesses across aviation, logistics, consultancy, and sport, from directing high-stakes flight operations to managing international athletes, running an events company, and overseeing our home base livery yard. I’ve spent over a decade leading from the front: building businesses, solving problems, and growing teams and brands from the ground up.

I know firsthand the unique challenges of running a business in and out of the equestrian world. 

That’s why I created The Equestrian Biz Hub - where I bring all my experience, from branding and sponsorship to operations and strategy, and tailor it to help equestrians.
